The company was then granted exclusive distributorship for all instruments manufactured by the companies under the Diversity Corporation umbrella for countries in the ASEAN region.
In June 2019 Hygeia Medical established Hygeia Instruments (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd together with local partners. Hygeia Instruments is to serve as hub and trans-shipment / distribution centre for other countries in the region.

Later in 2020 this was followed by establishing Hygeia Medizinvertrieb for the distribution of sutures and Covid19 related items with partners in Wiesbaden, Germany.
By 2021 Hygeia Medical began sourcing OEM produced instruments of its own design under the HygeiaMedical brand name.
In 2022 Hygeia Medical Instruments began the process to establish facilities to serve local and regional distributors, wholesalers, retailers and also medical facilities and practitioners in the Philippines.
Also in 2022, Hygeia established HyMed Manufacturing Sdn Bhd to offer in-country warranty services for HygeiaMedical branded instruments as well as general repair and maintenance services for other instrument brands.
